Hulme Culinary Cookery Programs (HCCP) is devoted to sharing the art and science of food preparation and cooking. We give culinary enthusiasts and budding chefs a hands-on approach to culinary operations and an insight to advanced culinary techniques and creativity.
Our clients are introduced to a wide range of ingredients from around the world and given the knowledge and confidence to use them. Hulme Culinary Cookery Programs cover a wide range of cuisines and culinary techniques; From the foundational French Techniques to South East Asian culinary practices.
Our Cookery Programs are perfect if you want to cook with more confidence, spice up your cooking with new ideas and ingredients, learn more about the world of food, or simply equip yourself with culinary knowledge on your travels.
Program Types
• We offer pre-set programs for Groups/ Individuals but we can also tailor our programs to specific cuisines and culinary skills that you would like to learn.

- Our most popular program gives you an overview of the skills required to cook your favourite foods from around the globe.
- This program focuses on deconstructing the principles at the forefront of each type of cuisine.
- We cover French Cuisine, Italian Cuisine, Chinese Cuisine and South East Asian Cuisine (Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand)
